Therapy Services and Fees
Therapy is tailored to your needs and identified goals. Meeting with a therapist means you have a licensed trained professional to be with you on your growth journey. Most clients request to meet weekly or biweekly when first starting. We will work with your schedule and identify what is best for you. You will obtain a recommendation after the initial intake assessment regarding the frequency of sessions based on the severity of your presenting concerns/symptoms.

Telehealth: Did you know that telehealth has many names? Online therapy. Virtual counseling. Teletherapy. E-therapy. In a world where we are all busy and on-the-go, online therapy is an option to make mental health care more accessible while keeping your private information safe and protected. Offering therapy online also means we can expand our reach to work with individuals across the state of Indiana.
Nature Walk n' Talk Therapy: It is really quite simple- we go for a walk and discuss the same things that occur in a regular session, but with the added benefits of nature’s best medicines: Exercise/physical movement and the sensory experiences of being outdoors. This often produces a natural sense of calm to your Autonomic Nervous System and offers benefits to include utilizing nature as a means of grounding and ability to enhance processing through bilateral stimulation. This rhythmic pattern helps balance your left brain and right brain activity.
*Must be located in Bloomington, IN and subject to availability. There are many beautiful locations that offer the option to get out into nature. I choose trails where we can walk side-by-side. Privacy is one concern for people starting Nature Talk Therapy. I do my best to choose locations that offer seclusion, and monitor for other walkers.
