• IUB Alumni Fellows: Any master’s‑level student who took Mia’s G624 Practicum or G647 Advanced Internship class at Indiana University and has graduated from IU’s Counseling program.
• Community Practitioners (by invitation only): Limited seats for non‑alumni clinicians who align with our values and want access to the resources + calls at a non‑alumni rate.

WHAT:

• 24/7 Counselor Resource Hub: An ever‑growing library organized by presenting problem, population, and modality (e.g., ED care across diagnoses, trauma, OCD, grief, neurodivergence, veterans, CBT/DBT/IFS/Polyvagal, worksheets, scripts, referral lists, marketing templates, ethics one‑pagers).
• Quarterly Connection Calls: 75‑minute case‑consultation + co‑regulation calls to “staff” clients (and/or real life counselor situations where support and guidance is sought after), reduce isolation, and sharpen clinical judgment.
• Bonus: Occasional pop‑up workshops, guest speakers, and discounts on Mia’s groups/retreats.

WHERE:

2. Case Staffing / Consultation (55 min): 2–3 cases using a structured template.
3. Resource Share (10 min): links, handouts, or what worked.
4. Close (5 min): commitments, optional micro‑practice, and announcements.

Examples of rotating themes: ED + OCD, athlete cases, ARFID in adults, trauma‑informed meal support, family systems, grief/meaning‑making, neurodivergent accommodations, insurance advocacy.

How to Join (Step‑by‑Step)

1. Apply: 2–3 minutes. Verify IU G647 enrollment and graduation (or request Community Practitioner invite).
2. Select Plan: Alumni or Community; monthly or annual.
3. Sign the Agreements: Brave‑space + confidentiality + consultation (not treatment/supervision) + HIPAA‑consistent de‑identification.
4. Get Access: Immediate login to the Resource Hub and the current quarter’s Zoom link.
5. Show Up: Bring a de‑identified case or come to observe. No pressure to present.

Boundaries & Disclaimers (Read Me)

• Consultation ≠ Therapy or Supervision. Participation provides peer consultation and education. It does not constitute therapy, clinical supervision, or emergency services.
• De‑Identification Required. No PHI. Change names, dates, locations, and any unique identifiers. Obtain consent when appropriate.
• Licensure & Ethics: You are responsible for your clinical decisions, licensure requirements, documentation, and adherence to your jurisdiction’s laws and ethics codes.
• Safety: No crisis management in calls. If an emergent risk arises, follow agency protocols and local laws immediately.

• Cancel Anytime: Monthly plans can be canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Annual memberships refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused; after that, prorating is not available.

• Transfers: Memberships are individual and non‑transferable.

FAQIs this only for ED clinicians?
No. Many members work broadly (trauma, OCD, grief, couples, veterans). The ED specialty shows up strongly in the resources and case examples.
Can non‑alumni join?
Yes, by invitation at the Community rate. Priority goes to IU G647 alumni.
Do these hours count for supervision or CE?
Not by default. From time to time, select workshops may offer CE hours (clearly marked). Consultation hours may be self‑reported where allowed.
What if I can’t make a call?
You still have full Hub access. We post a resource roundup afterwards (no recordings).
Can my agency pay?
Yes. We can invoice agencies annually or quarterly.
